I think many agencies will have to adjust their thinking regarding the use of social networking. Until recently they have been considered for personal use and therefore off limits for agency staff. The new administration has shown we can use Web 2.0 applications to benefit our customers. I have been visiting different Government websites and some are way ahead of the curve in their use of Web 2.0 . However, many agencies websites are still very static, not interactive at all. It might be helpful to create a guide for a agency to use as a jumping off point; a Kinda of what a great Website should have.
